A Celebration of Life for Mr. Wilmer Bell Sr. will be a private service for immediate family which includes the wife, his children, his siblings, and his siblings children only. Please respect the family wishes during this time. There will be no public viewing of the remains. We asked that the public please refrain from adding any burdens to the family. These request will be enforced.
