A service celebrating the life of Mr. Bell will go forth Saturday, June 14, 2025, 2:00 p. m. in the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457.  The casketed remains will lie in state for public viewing before the religious service starts.  Burial will follow in the Breda Town Cemetery.
