The life and legacy of the late Rev. Welkin Smith, Pastor of the Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Montgomery, LA, will be celebrated at the Greenville Baptist Church in Clarence, LA Saturday, June 30, 2018 at high noon with burial following in the Old Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in St. Maurice, LA. The remains will lie in state at the Greenville Baptist Church Saturday from 10:00 a. m. to service time.
