Mrs. Victoria Smith's Obituary
Services will be celebrated on Saturday, February 6, 2016; 12:00 p.m. at North Star Baptist Church in Powhatan, La. A public visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Burial will take place in the Powhatan Cemetery.
