Funeral Services for Mr. Vernell Brooks will be held at the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457, Saturday, March 6, 2021, 2:00 p.m. with Elder Kevin Washington officiating.  The casketed remains will lie in state at the funeral home from 1:00 p. m. to service time.  Burial will follow in the Methodist Cemetery, Allen, LA.
