Service celebrating the life and legacy of Ms. Parker will go forth in the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457 Saturday, February 22, 2025, 11:00 a. m. with the Elder Alfred Houston officiating, Pastor of the New Beginnings Church of Natchitoches, LA.  The casketed remains will lie in state Saturday morning from 9:30 until service time with burial following in Lawrence Serenity Sanctum.  Please keep this family lifted in prayer at this special time.
