The wishes of the deceased to become cremated were adhered to by her family.
Our beloved Shardna Ann Lewis was born to the parentage of the late Mr. Clayton Lewis, Sr. and Mrs. Ora Mae Bell Lewis October 26, 1994 in Pineville, LA. She was the second born child of nine children which completed this family unit. God gently transported her from time to eternity December 30, 2021 while a patient in the Christus Highland Medical Center of Shreveport, LA.
Her Christian journey was marked with a conversion and baptism at the St. Matthew Baptist Church of Creston, LA under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Kenneth Leonard. She was a baptized believer. Shardna was active in her journey as she became a Sabbath Teacher for the teenagers with the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She was a product of the Natchitoches Parish Public School system. She graduated from Lakeview High School and then studied for a year at Northwestern State University. Later, she obtained a certification as a CNA through her tenure with Job Corps.
Preceding her in death were her father, Mr. Clayton Lewis, Sr. and one sister, Dana Moss.
Those who will cherish her dear memory are her son, Zion Lewis of Natchitoches, LA; her mother Ora Mae Lewis of Natchitoches, LA, five brothers, Mark Lewis (Rosemary) of Lima, OH, Sherman Lewis of Natchitoches, LA, Clayton Lewis, Jr. (Theresa) of Alexandria, LA, Randy Lewis (Bridgette) of Natchitoches, LA, Derrick Lewis (Shameka) of Natchitoches, LA; three sisters, Shannon Lewis of Natchitoches, LA, Pamela Lewis of Natchitoches, LA and Veronica Lewis of Natchitoches, LA; a special aunt, Donna Franklin Natchitoches, LA along with a hosts of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives a friends.

My darling daughter, rest assured part of me is with you. My love will always be with you. You will have no more pain and suffering for you are in the arms of our Savior who is where you are.

We are more like sisters than niece and auntie. I will always love you but God loved you more. If I cry, it will be happy tear because I know you are in a place where there is no more pain. Nothing but happiness, love and laughter. You have a new look now. You have a glow to you and can walk and have a new dance. I love you, my darling. Chew all the gum you want (LOL). I know one day you will be smiling and waiting on me.
