A service celebrating the life and legacy of Mr. Richard Smith, Sr. will be held in the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457 Saturday, October 30, 2021, 11:00 a. m.  The casketed remains will lie in state for public visitation at the funeral home from 10:00 a. m. to service time.  Burial with military honors will follow in the Rockford Baptist Church Cemetery on Old River Road.
