Mr. Raymond D Waters' Obituary
Celebration of the life and legacy of Mr. Waters will take place Saturday, July 22, 2023, 11:00 a. m. at the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Saline, LA (Bienville Parish). The casketed remains will lie in state at the church Saturday morning from 10:00 a. m. until service time. Interment will take place in the church's cemetery.
