Mr. Phillip Anthony Lee's Obituary
Funeral Services will be celebrated Saturday, November 19, 2011, Natchitoches Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457 at 2:00 p. m. The body will lie in state at the funeral home from Noon until service time. A second funeral service will be held Monday, November 21, 2011 in Houma, LA at 1:00 p. m. Burial will follow in the Deweyville Cemetery of Houma with military honors under the direction of Community Funeral Home.
Mr. Lee is locally (Natchitoches, LA) survived by his wife, Mrs. Esther Nash Lee and two children, Mr. Patrick Lee and his twin sister, Mrs. Patricia Lee Murphy.
