Mr. Percy L. Ball's Obituary
The life and legacy of this long-time Winnfield citizen and Master Carpenter will be celebrated Saturday, August 25, 2018, 11:00 a. m. in the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 117 MLK Drive, Winnfield, LA 71483. The remains will lie in state for public visitation prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Winnfield City Cemetery.
