Obituary

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Pearlie P. Hall will be at 11am on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Lakeview High School Campti, La. A public viewing will be at 9am until time of service. Burial will take place at Chapman Cemetery in Campti, La.

Mrs. Pearlie B. Hall was born on December 29, 1949, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, to the late Bertha Edwards and Johnny Pye. She was born again and asked Jesus Christ to become her lord and savior at an early age. She was a faithful member of Mount Zion Methodist Church in Clarence, Louisiana.

She resided in Campti, Louisiana and was united in Holy Matrimony to Richard Dennis Tinoco July 9, 2009.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Hall Sr.  She was blessed with two daughters, Tonja Means, Teresa Hall, three sons, Charles Hall Jr., Clifton Telsee and Carnelius Scott.

Mrs. Pearlie worked in Janitorial Services at Lakeview High School and made great impacts on many of the students and teachers daily. She retired from Lakeview High School over 5 years ago.

On August 3, 2024, at Medical City, Dallas, TX. Ms. Pearlie went to live in paradise with her Lord after fighting multiple illnesses since March 2024. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Nathaniel King and Johnny Leassears.

She leaves to mourn her husband, Richard Tinoco; five children: Tonja Means (Carl), Teresa Hall, Charles Hall (Michelle), Clifton Telsee (Aretha) and Carnelius Scott; three sisters: Clara Thomas, Shirley Edwards and Luella Newton. Mrs. Pearlie also had a host of paternal siblings. She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she adored. She showed great love and compassion to her extended family and friends.

Mrs. Pearlie's memory and contributions to life will live on in our hearts forever.
