Funeral Services will be celebrated for Mrs. Moore Saturday, August 25, 2012, 1:00 p. m., Bethel Baptist Church of MANY, LOUISIANA. The body will lie in state at the church from noon until service time. Burial will take place in the Antioch Cemetery, Negreet, LA.

Mrs. Pearl Wysingle McKnight Moore

Mrs. Pearl Wysingle McKnight Moore was born August 10, 1920 in Natchitoches Parish in Louisiana to the parentage of the late Mr. Peter Wysingle and Mrs. Katie Martin Wysingle as the second of three children which blessed this union.
She exchanged time for eternity August 20, 2012 at the Mercy Hospital of Hot Springs, Arkansas where she resided at the time of her passing.
Mrs. Moore was converted to Christianity, baptized and united with the Zion Hill Church of God of Christ. She later became a member of St. Mary Church of God in Christ. Upon relocation to Hot Springs, Arkansas, she became a part of the Immanuel Christian Fellowship Church family and remained a member of that congregation until God called her to an eternal home.
She was first united in matrimony to Mr. Frederick McKnight, Sr. a union which brought forth four children. Later in life she married Mr. Ivery Moore, Sr. and nine children were the fruit of this union.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Mr. Frederick McKnight, Sr. and her second husband, Mr. Ivery Moore, Sr., two children who passed away in infancy, one brother, Mr. William Wysingle and one sister, Ms. Lena Wysingle.
She worked outside the home as a Domestic Engineer for a number of families in the DeRidder, LA area.

Moore of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Adline Moore (Edward Anthony) of DeRidder, LA and Georgia Lee Moore of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
