Mrs. Pam
Rushing
Feb 3, 1970 — Aug 26, 2026
Natchitoches
Pam Williams Rushing was a women full of life and love and didn’t mind sharing it with everyone she has met. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and the evidence showed throughout her life. She was truly the type of person that never met a stranger, or at least you wouldn’t be a stranger for long. She was born on February 3, 1970 at LSU hospital of Shreveport, LA to Jessie Sr. and Cloria Moore. From the time of birth, she has warmed hearts with her oh so big and beautiful smile.
God’s hands were evident in her life from early on. She has spent most of her life caring for and loving on others. She has done this through various avenues in life, which includes CNA work, private sitting, raising neighborhood kids, giving to others, through outreach ministries, and spreading the gospel. She accepted the call to ministry as a young woman and has refused to stop running for Christ. She truly had a love for God’s children.
Pam was a woman who loved her family and held them dear to her heart. She especially loved her grandchildren, spending time with them and spending every dime on them. When she wasn’t enjoying being surrounded by family, she was traveling or making her next plans to travel. Every aspect of her life was about sharing love and joy. Even up until the very end, she spent time 0encouraging others and making sure everyone else was okay.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Alvin, and her baby sister Chackawanda.
Her light and legacy will continue to shine in the hearts and minds of those that she leave to cherish, which includes her loving husband of 18 years, Charles; her loving father and mother, Jessie Sr. and Cloria; loving children: Lamarcus (Rishard), Precious, Keyamber, Keyocsha (Brandon), and Kera (Halie); grandchildren: Za'Riyah, Logan, Faith, Joshua, Erica, Kaleah, Naomi, Aria, Asher, Novalynn, Riley, and Anton Jr.; siblings: Jessie Jr. (Brenda), Stephanie (Willie), Youree, Steven, Darien (Tawanna), and Kristian (Brandy); special children: Nekesha and Tija; and a host of aunts, uncles, in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
