Lloyd Johnson was born on February 10, 1942 in Natchitoches, La to the late Aniser Johnson and Letha Johnson. He was baptised at an early age at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Bermuda, La.

Lloyd "Twin "Johnson Sr., a loving father, departed life and entered eternal rest on June 12, 2026.

His joy in life before he became ill was keeping a meticulous lawn and flower garden.

He is preceded in death by his father; Aniser Johnson, mother; Letha Johnson, brothers; Lonnie and Cloyd Johnson, sisters; Frankie McGaskey and Essie Howard.

Lloyd leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving and beautiful wife of 62 years of marriage, Florence Johnson, daughter; Dedrie Johnson, sons; Lloyd Johnson, Jr., Marquise Johnson (Vette), Terrill Johnson and honorary son Jessie Dupry all of Natchitoches, La; His beautıful baby sister Bessie Wardsworth (Dorsey) of OKlahoma City.

He was a proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren; Kenneth Johnson, Xavier Braxton, Khenntron Babers, Tremaine Wallace and Everette Wolfe of Natchitoches, La, Terrance Commick, Tyril Commick, and Nayiah Jackson of Dallas, Texas. 14 grandchildren and a host or nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
