Funeral Service for Mr. Banks will be celebrated in the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457 Saturday, May 7, 2022, 2:00 p. m. The casketed remains will lie in state for public visitation from 1:00 p. m. until service time.
