Celebration of the life and legacy of Mr. Payton will take place in the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457 Saturday, March 18, 2023, 11:00 a. m. with burial in the Fisher, LA cemetery. The casketed remains will lie in state Saturday morning at the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel from 9:00 a. m. to service time.
ALL ATTENDEES ARE ASKED TO WEAR PROTECTIVE FACIAL COVERINGS AND TO EXERCISE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
