A visitation for Linda Jones Davis will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Winnfield Funeral Home in Natchitoches, LA. Linda, 65 years of age, was born on April 24, 1950 and passed from this life on March 11, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Joseph T. Davis, daughter, Tomanika T. Davis, sons Therrell D. Davis and Trebian R. Davis all of Decatur, GA; brother Nolan J. Jones, Jr. and wife Yvonne of Melrose, LA. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, a great nephew and a special granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her parents, Nolan J. Jones, Sr. and Florence Long Jones. She was retired from Delta Air Lines after 30 years and was later employed part-time by Delta Global Staffing Services. She enjoyed shopping, cheering on the Atlanta Dream (WNBA) and Morehouse College teams, and traveling. She was able to tour Ireland, Italy and cruise to several countries in Central and South America as well as Mexico and the Caribbean. She loved her family, friends and "adopted" children dearly and was loved by all who knew her.

Atlanta, GA arrangements are in the care of the Meadows Funeral Home, 419 Flat Shoals Avenue, S. E., Atlanta, GA 30316 where a visitation will be held Wednesday evening, March 16, 2016 from 6:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m.
