Funeral Services for Mr. Leo Phillips, Sr. will be celebrated at the St. Peter Baptist Church of Campti, LA Saturday, October 17, 2015, 1:00 p. m. with burial following in the Campti Community Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Winnfield Funeral Home Saturday morning from 8:00 a. m. to Noon just prior to forming the procession to the church.
