Funeral service celebrating the life of Mr. Kevin Jerome Johnson will go forth at the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457 Saturday, SEPTEMBER 23, 2023, 11:00 A. M. with burial following in the Rockford Baptist Church Cemetery on Old River Road.

On September 26, 1972, Kevin Jerome Johnson was born to Curtis Lee Scott and Clara Scott in Houston, TX.

Kevin attended the Houston Independent School District and worked in the food service for many years.

He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Zion Hill Baptist Church.

On August 31, 2023 Kevin Jerome Johnson was summoned home and preceding him in death is his father Curtis Lee Scott, mother Clara Scott, brother Thomas Aaron, nephew Garland Scott and grandparents Julia Brooks, Crade and Lessie Scott.

Kevin leaves to cherish his memories his four sisters Betty Scott, Brenda Johnson, Patricia Slaughter(Kenneth); three brothers Albert Scott, Eugene Scott, and William Johnson, Sr.(Sandra); three aunts Maggie Nash, Nelda Jerrnigan, and Clematine Moody(Sonny); one uncle Walter Scott; three special sisters/cousins Aeneld Greene, Laconia Bernard and Shelia Helaire; two special friends Ramona Meziere and Tammy Johnson.
