Celebration of the life and legacy of this Natchitoches Parish native who was a devout member of the Bright Morning Star Baptist Church in Marco, LA will be held at the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 11:00 a. m.  The remains will lie in state for public visitation at the funeral home Saturday from 10:00 a. m. to service time.  Burial will follow at the St. Andrew Baptist Church Cemetery in Derry, LA.  The family will receive friends at a visitation on the preceding Friday evening from 6:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. at the Funeral Home.
