For I am now ready to be offered and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight . I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge shall give me at that day; and not to me only,  but unto all them also that love His appearing.   II Timothy 4:6-8

The Lord God came down from His throne and took with him a handsome father, brother, uncle and grandfather named, Jeff Remo, Sr. Jeff was born August 13, 1942, to the late Wilson and Wynedia Curry-Remo. He was baptized at an early age and united with the St. Augustine Baptist Church (Little River). Later, he attended North Star Baptist Church until his health failed. 

Jeff met his beautiful bride, Lucille Williams, and they were married October 26, 1963. From this union, four children were born: Jeffery, Harold,  Hattie and Jeff Remo, Jr. Jeff will join his loving wife, Lucille Remo, Wilson and Wynedia-Curry Remo, Wilson Remo, Jr., Winston Remo, Doris  Mitchell and Floyd Curry in death.

This unforgettable gentleman will be remembered for having a great love for fishing, a past time that he really looked forward to participating in as much as possible with this second grandson, Bryant.

He leaves to cherish his memory his four children: Jeffery Remo, Sr. (Debra), Jeff Remo, Jr and his loving daughter, Hattie Remo-Evans (Michael), ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
