The life and legacy of Mr. John W. Chalk, Jr. will be celebrated Friday, October 19, 2012, 7:00 p. m. Greenville Baptist Church in Clarence, LA. The remains will lie in state at the church for public viewing on Friday from
4:30 p. m. until service time. Burial will take place in the church's cemetery Saturday morning, October 20, 2012 at 10:00 a. m. promptly. The procession to the cemetery will form at the funeral home at 9:00 a. m. on Saturday morning.
