Celebration of Life Service for Elder Oscar L. Sibley, III will go forth Saturday, August 17, 2024, 11:00 a. m. at the RAMS Church, 175 Fairgrounds Road, Natchitoches, LA 71457.  The casketed remains will lie in state for public visitation from 9:00 a. m. until service time.  Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Community Cemetery.
