Life Celebration Services for Mr. Westmoreland will go forth at the WINNFIELD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 318 North Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457 Saturday, July 10, 2021, 2:00 p.m. The casketed remains will lie in state at the funeral home one hour before the service. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Lawrence Serenity Sanctum.
