Memorial services for Ms. Deborah Anne Llorens, 62, will be held on Friday, March 8,
2024, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The family will receive visitors at St. Anthony of Padua
Catholic Church in Natchitoches, LA, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The visitation will be followed by a
rosary recitation at 10:30 a.m. and a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. Father John O'Brien will
officiate the service. Interment will follow immediately after at St Augustine Catholic Cemetery in
Isle Brevelle, Louisiana (weather permitting).
Ms. Llorens was born on November 9, 1961, to Ernest Llorens and Barbara Roque
Llorens. She graduated from Natchitoches Central High School in 1979. A lifelong member of
St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Deborah was steadfast in her church community and
served diligently during her lifetime. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and a former
member of the Ladies Auxiliary.
Deborah devoted her life to her family, her faith, and her work. She worked at
Natchitoches Regional Medical Center and later transitioned to the Louisiana Workforce
Commission, where she was employed for over 40 years. She made her coworkers her second
family, sharing the joys and challenges of their lives and exchanging many stories about raising
their children. A patient and friendly soul, she was passionate about helping others, especially
those near and dear to her heart.
Ms. Llorens loved God fiercely, had a kind and gentle heart, and had a calm spirit. A
wonderful creation, she will be remembered as a loving grandmother, mother, daughter, sister,
and friend to all who knew her.
