Services celebrating the life of Mrs. Carrie Watkins will be held at the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, August 15, 2015, 11:00 a. m. The remains will lie in state at the funeral home Saturday from 8:00 a. m. to service time. Cremation will follow the service.
