Final services for this Natchitoches native who passed away in the Houston, TX metroplex area will be celebrated Saturday, September 19, 2015, 1:00 p. m. in the Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The remains will lie in state at the funeral home for a wake on the preceding Friday evening from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. A service of remembrance will be convened at 6:00 p. m. on Friday during the wake. She was the daughter of the late Mr. James Gay and his surviving wife, Mrs. Mary Lee Riley Gay. Pastor Rodney Irchirl will officiate at the funeral service.
